The pool gets serviced and maintained by the community HOA. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause it to appear discolored. Monsoon season with heavy wind and rains is June through September. The pool is not heated, but if you haven't been to Arizona, the pool stays about 70 degrees in the winter and around 90 degrees during the summer. The Hot Tub is available and heated year round. Please follow any and all posted signs and rules in all areas of the community. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Tempe Ordinance Section 10-195(c).
