The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. The pool gets serviced weekly on Wednesdays. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause it to appear discolored. Monsoon season with heavy wind and rains is June through September. The pool is NOT heated, but if you haven't been to Arizona, the pool stays about 65 degrees in the winter and around 90 degrees during the summer. Grill and fire pit are natural gas and must be turned on by an adult over the age of 18. The fire pit requires use of the fire key and a lighter in order to turn on, do not attempt to light if you are uncomfortable or unfamiliar with the process. We do not accept responsibility for negligence or misuse of the fire pit or grill. We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple $59 damage waiver or refundable $2500 damage deposit to receive your arrival instructions.
