Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause it to appear slightly discolored. The pool is not heated, but if you haven't been to Arizona, the pool stays about 70 degrees in the winter and around 90 degrees during the summer. We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple $59 damage waiver or refundable $2500 damage deposit to receive your arrival instructions.
