This is an older home so electrical outlets are extremely limited. Please don’t unplug anything that is already on site as it is plugged in for a reason. Heating this home is provided by space heaters as the central furnace is no longer active. Please refrain from moving space heaters around as they have been set in the most optimal positions for the home. BBQ Grill & fire pit are propane gas, one full tank of gas is provided for each, any excessive usage will be charged to the guest. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c).
