The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. The pool gets serviced weekly on Mondays. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause it to appear discolored. Monsoon season with heavy wind and rains is June through September. The pool may be requested to be heated up to 90 degrees for an additional $75/night for the whole stay (3night min) or $100/night (2nights or less), otherwise the pool will be unheated. If you haven't been to Arizona, the pool without heat stays about 60 degrees in the winter and around 90 degrees during the summer. We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple $59 damage waiver or refundable $2500 damage deposit to receive your arrival instructions.
