The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. The pool gets serviced weekly on Wednesdays. Please note that, after it rains or wind blows there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause it to appear discolored. A net and brush are on site for use by guests. Monsoon season with heavy wind and rains is June through September. The pool is not heated, but if you haven't been to Arizona, the pool stays about 70 degrees in the winter and around 90 degrees during the summer. BBQ Grill is a propane gas, one tank of gas is provided, any other refills will be charged to the guest. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2024-#### We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Overall we had a great time at the house. We were there to watch some baseball and enjoy the sun by the pool. Accomplished what we set out to do. Pro's: Great location, easy to get to ASU, Chase Field, wal-mart a few mins away Beds were comfy A/C worked well Had almost all of the amenities we needed Pool table was a nice feature Deck chairs and poolside chairs were great to have Gas range is great to cook on Mural on the poolside wall makes for great insta pics for the teens Neighbors were quiet and tossed the football back over from errant passes Con's: Dining chairs uncomfortable, need a pillow if sitting for more than a few mins Pool was a little chilly, but we braved through it We arrived early and asked about early check in. Was told we could but had to pay by the hour. Was told we would receive an email when cleaners were done. Waited in driveway (nobody there) for 1.5hrs and received our code at 4:00PM as originally planned. Happy Guest app to blame

A nice place with a pool, pool table, and a well thought out Western motif. Neighborhood was good. Communication was good. It was a great place to unwind after the daily grind of a work trip! We are already looking to stay here again for our next trip!
