The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. The pool gets serviced weekly on Mondays. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause it to appear discolored. Monsoon season with heavy wind and rains is June through September. If you would like the pool heated, please contact your Host to pay the pool heat fee for your stay ($100/night). This must be done a minimum 1 week (7days) before arrival. The spa is not available to be heated only the pool, it is to be used as a small sitting pool for guests. BBQ flattop is a propane gas and is not monitored or supplied by the hosts. Any gas there was left courtesy of another guest so any use of the grill or refill of propane is on the guests. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
