Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause it to appear slightly discolored. Hot Tub is available year round. No eating or drinking in the hot tub. Please be gentle with hot tub cover. The pool is not heated, but if you haven't been to Arizona, the pool stays about 70 degrees in the winter and around 90 degrees during the summer. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2024-#### We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience.
