The bunk beds are strictly for kids or adults weighing less than 200lbs. This weight limit applies to top and bottom bunks respectively. Hosts are not responsible for any misuse or negligence of the bunk bed or its weight limits. The pool gets serviced and maintained by the community HOA. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause it to appear discolored. Monsoon season with heavy wind and rains is June through September. The pool is heated seasonally during the winter-spring months. The Private Hot Tub is available and heated year round. Please follow any and all posted signs and rules in all areas of the community.
