This was a very clean and comfortable home. It was stocked with all the essentials. They definitely made feel like it was my own. It has a nice big back yard, outside-activities pool, hot-tub and games inside and outside. Family friendly for sure. It can be a cozy for a couple and or family friendly!

Richard was very helpful through my stay any questions I had he was on top of it, never delayed in any way, the house was nice and clean perfect for a summer get away.

This place felt like home, I woke up and had a cup of coffee and took a dip in the pool! Took me back to my childhood with the tabletop vintage arcade games.

Very well kept home. Gym was great and clean. Host was very responsive had a last minute book and home was spotless. Beautiful home with a pool. Lots of space for my family of 3 only used one room but fits 8 ppl comfortably. Home was close to fast food and mall.

We were very pleased with this house not only for location but how wonderfully it accommodated our whole group. Richard was a fantastic host and always responded very quickly!! Highly recommended!!

Clean; kitchen was fully stocked! Very Comfy beds and warm blankets! Spacious home. Pool was clean! Fans in every room for those hot days. Kid friendly with plastic dishes . All updated. Very cozy! Felt like home. Thank you for letting us stay in your AZ home.

Richard's place was great for our family vacation. The house is in a wonderful location. It's quiet and easy to get to but also not far from places to shop and eat. The house was very clean with plenty of room. The outside area was especially enjoyable, as there is a lot of space and seating options, and the pool was amazing. Richest was a great host, extremely responsive, professional, and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed here for a quick weekend in Arizona and I’m so happy we picked this place to stay. It really exceeded my expectations and I would 100% recommend it. I will definitely be booking with Richard again !

Immediately driving into the neighborhood we can tell it was well taken care of. It was easy to find the home. The check in process was simple and having a keyless pad worked out great for everyone. The home itself was clean and very nice inside. The items that were available in the kitchen(utensils) , bathroom (extra toilet paper, curling irons, towels) were more than what we expected. Washer and dryer worked great. Pool access from both homes was very convenient. The home fit all 11 of us comfortably. The host had great communication. We hope that we will be welcomed again.
